Polishsys Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising from the use or inability to use the materials on this site, even if Polishsys Technologies Pvt Ltd or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any associated costs.

2. LICENSE

Our digital products are designed for WordPress, a software released under Polishsys Technologies Pvt Ltd’s own license policy available at polishsys.com.

2.a Duration of the License and Renewal

Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required to receive updates and support for purchased extensions and themes. Renewals are available at a discounted price of 50% off the purchase price of a new license.

2.b SOFTWARE UPDATES

Product updates are provided free of charge for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, and your extension(s) or theme(s) support automatic updates, these updates will be delivered automatically through the WordPress dashboard. If automatic updates are not supported, you can download updates from the “My Downloads” page on our site.

2.c Support Services

Support for purchased extensions and themes is provided for one year from the date of purchase. To receive support after one year, you must renew your license key, purchase Priority Support access, or purchase a new license for the extension or theme.

3. OWNERSHIP AND LIABILITY

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, whether modified or unmodified. All products remain the property of Polishsys Technologies Pvt Ltd and are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Polishsys Technologies Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

4. WARRANTY

Our products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that themes will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee compatibility with all versions of WordPress or third-party plugins, scripts, or applications.

5. UPDATES

We strive to make our themes compatible with the latest version of WordPress. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with future WordPress releases.

6. MODIFICATIONS

You are authorized to make necessary modifications to our products to suit your specific needs. You may remove our credit links, but the themes remain copyrighted by Polishsys Technologies Pvt Ltd, and all files must retain their respective licenses.

7. PAYMENTS

All payments are processed through Bank Transfer, PayPal, UPI or Rajorpay. 

8. DELIVERY

Product information is delivered to the email address provided within one hour, though it typically arrives within minutes. If you do not receive an email within this time frame, please contact us through our website. Products can also be accessed immediately after purchase in your reserved area on our site.

9. PRICE CHANGES

Polishsys Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscriptions or change product prices at any time without prior notice.

10. PHOTOS COPYRIGHT INFO

Our products do not include images. You are responsible for adding your own images. Photographic images used in our product demos are for demonstration purposes only and are not included with the product.

11. SUBSCRIPTION

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue services and change subscription prices with prior notice. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions that are canceled before the end of the billing cycle.

12. Return & Refund
